At Active Bodies, we believe fitness should be both effective and enjoyable. That’s why our group classes offer more than just a workout – they provide a welcoming environment where participants of all ages and fitness levels can come together to improve their strength, balance, and mobility. Led by experienced Exercise Physiologists, our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and social.

From TheraBands and bodyweight movements to walking drills and ball work, our classes incorporate a variety of exercises to keep you moving and motivated. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned exerciser, our focus on adaptability and inclusivity ensures that every participant feels supported and challenged in their fitness journey.

Class Details:

  • When: Wednesdays, 10:30am-11:30am
  • Where: Bowral Bowling Club, 40 Shepherd Street, Bowral
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • What to Expect: Varied, self-paced exercises incorporating TheraBands, bodyweight exercises, walking, balance work, balls, and cognitive processing activities.
  • Class Size: 8-25 participants

Cost: 4 pack of classes for $45 ($11.25 per class). Classes do not have to be consecutive weeks.

Initial Consultation:

To ensure you get the most out of our classes, we require all participants to undergo a minimum 30-minute exercise screening consultation. During this consultation, our experienced Exercise Physiologists will tailor the class to your individual needs and address any health concerns you may have.
